Ms. Ester Marquez Perez

Ester Marquez Perez is the Program Director for First Generation Initiatives at University of San Francisco. Ester is an accomplished educator who has worked with K-12 students and students in higher education domestically and internationally for over 15 years. Ester holds a BA in Spanish from CSU Stanislaus, an MA in International Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago, and is pursuing an Ed.D. in International and Multicultural Education from USF. Ester has been an advocate for community engagement and educational outreach programs, aiming to bridge educational disparities and provide opportunities for underrepresented individuals. Her involvement in local initiatives and workshops has earned her a reputation as a leader who is actively shaping the future of education within her community.
